A 69-year-old female was diagnosed with cutaneous T-cell lymphoma and showed 1.5 cm cervical lymphadenopathy. Initially, she presented with limited nodular skin lesions on her neck, trunk or scalp and was treated with narrowband ultraviolet B phototherapy along with topical steroids. 2 years later, when nodular skin biopsy was performed, the patient showed disease progression. The patient was on the following medication at that time: Betamethasone (0.05% lotion), Acetaminophen (500mg every 6 hrs), Hydrochlorothiazide (25 mg per day), Diphenhydramine (25 mg), Hydroxyzine (10 mg per day), Shampoo containing 2% ketoconazole, Triamcinolone acetonide cream (0.1%) and multivitamin supplements.
