Colonoscopy was performed in an 80-year-old male seventeen days prior to colectomy. It revealed a sessile, umbilicated, large mass present in the right colon and it was suspected for malignancy. The patient had a history of insomnia, skin cancer, hemochromatosis, hyperparathyroidism, osteoarthritis, skin cancer, left and right knee replacements, hypothyroidism, and tonsillectomy. The patient’s chief complaint was rectal bleeding. Laparoscopic right hemicolectomy was performed and tumor measuring 3.9 x 3.3cm was detected.
