A team of doctors at the Rashid Hospital, Dubai performed a highly complicated surgery to save the life of a 40-year-old Emirati man with a life-threatening brain aneurysm. The patient complained of a sudden and severe headache while working out at the gym. His symptoms did not subside even with pain killers and was immediately transferred to the hospital. Upon arrival at the hospital, the doctors carried out a CT scan and other diagnostic tests that confirmed the presence of a life-threatening aneurysm warranting an immediate surgical intervention.

The patient was immediately posted for brain surgery.
