A women aged 27 yrs, G3P2. Presently, completed 37 weeks of gestation. Previous 2 pregnancies, Elective Caesarean Sections were the fetal and maternal outcomes were good. However, no genuine causes found for performing LSCS in the previous pregnancies. Patient is 5.4 inches tall, CPD ruled out, no breech, no obvious cause, etc. Presently, completed 37 weeks , scan done by a radiologist suggests 3.5 mm thickness of lower segment of uterine wall.
