A 60‑year‑old male presented with a red lesion on the right lower eyelid. The patient reported that the lesion appeared 3 months ago and was growing since then. He also revealed the personal and family history of carcinomas. On examination, visual acuity was found to be 20/20 OD and 20/30 OS. Histopathological investigations revealed a low-grade sebaceous neoplasm consistent with sebaceous adenoma.
